The Perfect PB&J
Time: 5 Minutes
Ingredients
- 2 slices of brioche or soft sourdough bread
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp BamJam protein packed fruit spread, any flavor
- A pinch of flaky sea salt (optional)
- A drizzle of honey or maple syrup (optional)
Steps
- Toast the bread
- Spread peanut butter on one slice
- Add flaky sea salt on the peanut butter
- Spread jam on the other slice
- Add a very thin drizzle of honey or maple syrup over the jam
- Gently press the slices together and cut diagonally
