The Perfect PB&J

This PB&J brings together creamy peanut butter and a generous layer of BamJam for a classic sandwich that feels just as good as you remember. It’s comforting, familiar, and easy to make, with extra protein to help keep everyone going.

Ingredients
  • 2 slices of brioche or soft sourdough bread
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp BamJam protein packed fruit spread, any flavor
  • A pinch of flaky sea salt (optional)
  • A drizzle of honey or maple syrup (optional)
Steps
  1. Toast the bread
  2. Spread peanut butter on one slice
  3. Add flaky sea salt on the peanut butter
  4. Spread jam on the other slice
  5. Add a very thin drizzle of honey or maple syrup over the jam
  6. Gently press the slices together and cut diagonally
