Strawberry Jam Vinaigrette

A quick, easy dressing that uses Strawberry BamJam to add just the right touch of sweetness. It comes together in minutes and is great on everyday salads, especially with greens, fruit, and a little cheese.

This strawberry balsamic vinaigrette is one of those small upgrades that makes everyday salads feel more special. Strawberry BamJam adds gentle sweetness and real fruit flavor, so there’s no need for honey or sugar. The result is a balanced, easy dressing that comes together in minutes and works just as well for a quick lunch as it does for a family dinner.

It’s especially good on leafy greens with fresh fruit, a little cheese, and something crunchy, but it’s flexible enough to use however you like.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Strawberry BamJam
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove, finely grated (optional)
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • 1–2 tbsp water, as needed to thin
Steps
  1. Add the strawberry jam, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon, garlic (if using), salt, and pepper to a small jar or bowl.
  2. Shake or whisk until smooth and emulsified.
  3. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust with additional salt, pepper, or lemon juice as needed.
  5. For base salad used in video, mix together 5 oz baby arugula, 1 Persian cucumber, thinly sliced ⅓ cup chopped toasted pecans, ⅓ cup shaved Parmesan, 3–4 tbsp strawberry jam vinaigrette, flaky sea salt, and freshly cracked black pepper.
