Jammy Yogurt Popsicles

For a refreshing frozen treat, swirl BamJam into Greek yogurt and layer with fresh fruit. These protein packed popsicles are free of refined sugar and easy to customize with any BamJam flavor. This recipe makes six popsicles.

Helpful note

No popsicle molds? Paper cups and popsicle sticks work just as well. Whole milk Greek yogurt gives the creamiest texture. Mix and match BamJam flavors and fruit based on what you have on hand.

Time: 10 Minutes + Freezing Time
Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Plain Greek yogurt
  • 6 Tbsp BamJam Protein-Packed Fruit Spread, Any Flavor
  • ½ Cup Diced Fresh Fruit, Any Kind
Steps
  1. Gently stir the BamJam into the yogurt until swirled but not fully blended. You should still see ribbons of fruit spread.
  2. Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds, layering with diced fruit as you go.
  3. Insert sticks and freeze until solid, about 6 hours.
  4. To remove, run molds under warm water for a few seconds. Popsicles keep well in the freezer for up to one month.
