Jammy Yogurt Popsicles
Time: 10 Minutes + Freezing Time
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Plain Greek yogurt
- 6 Tbsp BamJam Protein-Packed Fruit Spread, Any Flavor
- ½ Cup Diced Fresh Fruit, Any Kind
Steps
- Gently stir the BamJam into the yogurt until swirled but not fully blended. You should still see ribbons of fruit spread.
- Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds, layering with diced fruit as you go.
- Insert sticks and freeze until solid, about 6 hours.
- To remove, run molds under warm water for a few seconds. Popsicles keep well in the freezer for up to one month.
